Hal Martin is an engineer who assists in the development of a revolutionary anti-radar device for aircraft. During a test flight piloted by Jenny Fraser, the plane disappears. Steve Austin investigates the incident. He is soon alerted to Martin being in communication with master criminal Wilfred Damien who trffics in military devices and secrets.
